Tanya Dow Future
Embah sering perhatikan pembukaan Bursa Eropa:
- Pembukan index Eropa mendekati Angka Future Fair value seperti hari ini
Tapi pada index DJI, sering tidak cocok, Kenapa ?
Kalo rumusnya seperti dibawah ini:
The futures fair value is the current prices of the stocks in the Dow Jones plus the finance or interest rate to buy the stocks, minus the dividends that would be received during the life of the futures contract.
Seharusnya angka Future ENGGA berubah karena:
- Current stock price diam (bursa masih tutup)
- Devidend, interest juga engga berubah2 setiap saat.
Tapi kenyataannya setiap saat berubah rubah karena diperdagangkan, jadi formula ini buat apa ?.
